Today, Sunday, March 19, 2023, the Magistrate’s Court in Nablus acquitted all the citizens arrested for participating in the funeral of the martyr Abd al-Fattah Kharousha, after the Palestinian security services suppressed this funeral.
Accordingly; The “Lawyers for Justice” group commended these court rulings, stressing in its role that such court rulings enhance citizen’s right to political participation, in addition to their right to freedom of opinion and expression.
