Based on “the nature and seriousness of the charge,” the Ramallah Magistrate Court extends the detention of journalist Moath Washaha.

For the second time in a row, the Ramallah Magistrate Court extended the detention of the detainee Moath Washaha for a period of seven days, indicating that it extended his detention on March 2, 2023, for a period of seven days.

The General Intelligence had arrested Washaha on the basis of his journalistic work, after he responded to a summons at the agency’s headquarters.
